Can I change or cancel my booking? How much will I have to pay?

Yes you can. But bear in mind that cancelling a booking might incur cancellation fees as stated in our Cancelation and General Conditions Policies. Cancellation fees may vary depending on the destination, supplier, fare and dates booked.

Where we can make a change, we will charge for any additional services, facilities, or other items changed, at the price which applies on the day the change is made.

Amendments or cancellations can be informed by sending an email, through the Contact us section shown on the site, with a valid booking reference and detail what changes you require and we will try our best to help you make new arrangements. Cancellation can be also made by clicking on Cancel Booking, through My Bookings section, shown on the site.
