If you are a Harry Potter fan and have ever wondered where the movies were filmed or how J.K. Rowling for books, this is your route. Go first to the studios of Warner Bros, near London, to see the sets, clothes and artifacts used in the film saga. Visit the King's Cross area in London where many scenes were filmed. Then you will head to Oxford to see the 'college' that served as inspiration for the Great Hall and the library that housed the Hogwarts hospital. You will also go to historic cities such as Gloucester or Durham to see its imposing cathedrals, where the films were also filmed. Your last stage will be in Edinburgh, where J.K. Rowling began writing this popular series of books. In this city you will find many connections with Harry Potter. Also, you will have a drink in the cafeteria where Rowling wrote while enjoying excellent views of the castle that dominates the city.
