US, 16 Days · Tailor-made including beach holiday
Urban passion, unspoilt beauty and abundant fun, all in the same trip to the cities of New York and Los Angeles, with a stopover in between on three islands of the Hawaiian archipelago. The first stop is New York, considered by some as the 'capital of the planet' and by everyone as one of the world's most exciting cities. A cosmopolitan melting pot with hundreds of nationalities and where more than eight hundred languages are spoken. Must-visits include the Empire State Building and its observation deck, Central Park, Times Square, Fifth Avenue, Wall Street, Brooklyn and the Statue of Liberty. As for museums, the MOMA, the Guggenheim and the Metropolitan are the essentials. After the urban frenzy of the Big Apple, it's time to unwind in the sun. The second part of the trip takes place in heavenly Hawaii, the most attractive and remotest volcanic archipelago on the planet. This adventure focuses on three of Hawaii's largest islands: Oahu, Big Island and Maui. Divide your time between their picture-postcard beaches, their unspoilt natural heritage and their lively nightlife. The perfect gift for the body and soul. The final stage is in Los Angeles, another of those American cities where leisure and entertainment rule the roost. Los Angeles is first and foremost the home of Hollywood, the mecca of cinema and the dream-making machine of the world. On the Hollywood Walk of Fame, you can seek out your favourite artist among the nearly 3,000 stars embedded in the pavement, making sure you immortalise the moment. But the City of Angels is also Beverley Hills, Santa Monica, Griffin Park, the multicultural neighbourhoods of Koreatown, Little Ethiopia and Little Tokyo... and much more. You're going to love the amazing contrasts between these fabulous destinations!
