Morning at your leisure until the prearranged time for airport transfer to catch the flight to Trelew, a major commercial and industrial hub, as it is the main focal point in the country for ​​textile and wool production. Breakfast at hotel and departure to the major ocean reserve of Valdés Peninsula, a meeting point for colonies of fascinating seals and sea lions. The journey takes in an extensive tour of the peninsula. The tour begins in the city of Puerto Madryn, taking the provincial road that leads directly to Istmo Ameghino, where you can visit the Interpretation Centre. Onward journey towards the village of Puerto Pirámides, departure harbour for whale-watching boats (that set sail from June to November), orcas dolphins and other large cetaceans. Spotting one of them, specially whales, from a boat and sailing beside them is a unique experience (not included excursion). Their leaps, moves and water blows are a natural showcase difficult to forget. Valdés Peninsula welcomes the largest breeding population of southern right whales, thereby is one of the top destinations for spotting large cetaceans. Reproductive-aged females return to this area every three years in search of calm and safe waters to give birth. Males visit these shores every year in search of new females, so this coastline is listed as the most important whale mating area in the southern hemisphere. After the tour, return to Puerto Madryn. Overnight stay.

In the morning, visit to the Tierra del Fuego National Park, a virtually unexplored territory with incredible landscapes and features, such as mountains, valleys with lowlands, wetlands and rivers, forests, steppes and shorelines, all renowned for their natural wealth, history and art. There will also be a trip to the End of the World Station, an emblematic landmark that today is a service area with outstanding panoramic views. Optional 40-minute ride on the End of the World Train, which used to carry inmates sentenced to time at the city prison, now a museum (ticket not included). The tour then continues to the shores of Lake Roca, which offers views of Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego. Onward journey to Lapataia Bay, a fjord located in the northernmost part of the Beagle Channel and a must-see tourist attraction, where the many vantage points command beautiful views over the channels with Chilean and Argentinian islands. Breakfast at hotel and departure to set off on our fascinating tour along the shores of Lake Argentino, crossing the Patagonian steppe to enter Los Glaciares National Park, on a journey that takes place among a range of landscapes and vegetation as the majestic Perito Moreno glacier gradually comes into view, stopping at the vantage point to view this impressive ice formation in all its might. Of the 356 glaciers in the park, this is the most impressive one, with a width of 5 km and a height of 60 m above the surface of the water. It is known worldwide for its rupture processes, resulting in a breathtaking and almost continuous natural show, which can easily be seen by visitors. From the vantage point you can see various sizes of ice blocks breaking off, with the deafening roar that this entails, to become ice floes that float on the lake in a spectacular natural setting. Free time for lunch. Afternoon, a boat ride to the glacier base to enjoy a simply breathtaking view. After this fantastic visit, return to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Then we’ll set out on a panoramic tour of the main sights of the city and the shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi. The tour begins on Avenida Ezequiel Bustillo and continues towards Playa Bonita, which offers views of Huemul Island. Onward to the foot of Cerro Campanario, where the chairlift that climbs up to the peak (optional ride, not included) provides views of the lakes and hills near the city. The tour continues to Hotel Llao-Llao and San Eduardo Chapel, then crossing the Angostura bridge over the river of the same name and reaching López Bay, at the foot of the hill. Then up to the panoramic vantage point with views across Lake Moreno and the Llao-Llao Peninsula. Then we cross the bridge over Lake Moreno and drive along Laguna El Trébol up to Avenida Bustillo, heralding our return to the city and hotel. Overnight stay.

Arrival at vantage point, located about fifty metres from the water, to witness the majestic and spectacular Devil's Throat, the largest of about 275 waterfalls making up the Iguazú Falls. The Iguazú National Park was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for the preservation and universal dissemination of its natural importance. Near the falls is the city of Puerto Iguazú, located where the Iguazú and Paraná rivers converge and site of the so-called triple frontier between Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. After the visit, return to the hotel.

Important remarks

- Triple rooms in Argentina are generally rooms with twin beds or a double, in which a folding bed is installed to accommodate the third person. Due to the inconvenience this causes, we advise against using this option as far the possible.

- Please check with your international vaccination centre about the recommended healthcare measures in Argentina.

- Check-in time at the hotel on the day of arrival depends on each establishment, but in no case will it be before 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise indicated.
