Important remarks

- Please check with your international vaccination centre about the recommended healthcare measures in Namibia.

- Passengers travelling with minor children must carry a copy of their birth certificate, translated into English. In the event that minors travel with only one of their parents, they must also carry an authorisation, which has been signed before a notary or validated by the police of the country of origin, from the other parent.

- Triple rooms in Africa are generally rooms with twin beds or a double, in which a folding bed is installed to accommodate the third person. Due to the inconvenience this causes, we advise against using this option as far the possible.

- It is mandatory to complete and sign a registration, compensation and liability waiver document before departure.

- Travel insurance with a suggested minimum coverage of $60,000 is required to take part in the trip. This travel insurance must include, among others, the following benefits: coverage for personal accidents, including death by accident; emergency medical assistance, including rescue expenses; emergency transport or repatriation costs; legal assistance; assistance for the recovery or replacement of lost documents; organisation of trips and emergency accommodation; and interruption or cancellation of the trip.

- Travellers must ensure that they're in good enough physical and mental health to take part in the trip and the associated activities.

- This is a collaborative tour in which all members of the group must help with preparing food, washing dishes, cleaning the truck, setting up/taking down the camp, and other daily tasks.

- Luggage is limited to one large bag (sports bag or internal frame backpack) with a maximum weight of 15 kg and one small handheld bag or camera bag per person. Hard shell suitcases are not recommended as they may not fit in the truck compartments. A lock to close bags in the compartment is recommended.

- Travellers must bring a sleeping bag, pillow, and towels. Also recommended is an inflatable mattress (for "Camps" accommodation) .

- Small groups of up to 16 people.

- Tips of around €10 for the guide, €3 for local guides, and €10 for camp/accommodation staff per person per day are recommended.

- The order of the itinerary may be altered for logistical reasons, without prior notice, but no scheduled trips will be cancelled (except in the case that adverse weather conditions prevent its realisation).

- A credit card is considered a guarantee, so sometimes you will need one for check-in at hotels.

- Prices are calculated based on admission fees to the sights as of the date of publication. If there is an increase in these prices, you will be promptly informed.

- If you are a person with reduced mobility, please contact us to confirm the suitability of the trip.

- Consult the necessary documentation to enter the destinations visited and for transit in the countries where air stopovers are made.
