“Beautiful location, good rooms and friendly service.”
The location was lovely close to where boat trips leave. Some wildlife come right up to the grounds, hippo, wild pigs and elephants. The bar was was pleasant and the food good. The rooms were comfortable with a balcony bit overlooking the grounds. The pool was nice and provided with seats and shades

“A night to remember”
We ended a tour in Victoria falls and decided to spend an extra day, so we started here. The hotel was great. While waiting for dinner there were worthogs grazing in n the lawn, and then later say hippos after it got dark. The room was nice. We had a small electrical issue but it was rectified… more

“This hotel will definitely make you feel like you’re in Africa”
Hotel had some great attributes but a few downsides too. This was our first hotel stay in Southern Africa but then went on to Botswana and Zambia so have since compared our stay here to the others we stayed in. “Nice location and exterior but poor customer service.”
Stayed 1 night room only and thought it was ok. Room a bit tired and shower had no water ( temporarily) in the morning. No explanation of breakfast system when we came to restaurant and then charged $30 each which was quite steep considering my wife had a luke warm coffee and some yoghurt. Apparent… more
