Excellent service - concierge and cleaning staff are friendly and accommodating. My stay here was very smooth and pleasant because of their diligence. Highly recommend staying here for any travellers passing through HCM. Service apartment linen change available 3x per week and visitors can get discount at the Morico restaurant on level 1. Good value for money.

“Family trip”

Good for family, provided full necessary equipments for the house. Very convenient. Pool is quite big and have activities for kids at weekend. Staff are very accommadated. Location is a bit far from the center but it is no problem, coz can take grab easily.

Justin was a big help in recommending our tours. 6)Convenience Store across 7)Set up is like a compound of condominium towers perfect for families with a huge pool in the middle 8)Complete set of appliances even a washing machine and a spacious hanging/ironing room 9) Ref was huge 10)Complete set of utensils 11) Daily housekeeping Cons: 1)Too not to walk to the shopping center but a cab ride would only take around 15 minutes 2)Busy street if you need to cross to the convenience store 3)Not a lot of choices for nearby restaurants

“Nice service apartment for families”

Check into this service apartment with another 2 families. Mine is a 1 bedroom apartment located on the 6th floor. The room has a small kitchen, a large new fridge with cold water dispenser and a new washer & dryer. There is also a large drinking water container placed on top of the shoe cabinet.… more

Check into this service apartment with another 2 families. Mine is a 1 bedroom apartment located on the 6th floor. The room has a small kitchen, a large new fridge with cold water dispenser and a new washer & dryer. There is also a large drinking water container placed on top of the shoe cabinet. So you can have as much water as you need! The bathroom is located outside the bedroom. Place is large & comfortable. Everything is working. Tried the washer & dryer, all good. Bathroom is good with strong water pressure ( a plus ). There are free drinks & coffee at the lobby with scheduled free shuttle bus to nearly major markets. The road outside the apartment would be jammed during morning & evening peak hours. The is an on-site swimming pool, restaurant & mini-market. Do note that as the kitchen is located at the 2nd floor on top of the mini mart, your order of the food at the ground floor restaurant would take some time to arrive, as the waiters need to climb up & down the stairs. There are spas & cafes just outside the apartment & is walking distance to my favourite Crab restaurant at 94 Định Thien Hoang. However, I deducted 1 star because the binds at the window in my unit is damaged & not working.
