“Brilliant stay at the boutique hotel”
Comfy beds, good service with a smile and a clean and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are tidy and equipped with what you need however very simple. The upstairs pool is nice with a brilliant view however more sun beds are needed. The bar upstairs is brilliant and well staffed.

“Vietnam stay”
Friendly staff. Excellent pool on roof. Close to markets. Taxi outside. Room clean and comfortable. Great spa services. Roof top bar also with great views. Food choices of varied tastes close and good shopping nearby also. Staff offer advice readily to help.

“Lack of help !!”
Desk at Lobby don't really help with anything. Do not know about taxis or tourist attractions, they never try to Get you information. They should be at different line of.work. I was in Hanoi, it was totally different, people in Hanoi were eager to help
