Great location. Close to Japan town and city landmarks. The hotel is a bit old but clean. Feeling welcomed by the staff. I was on the 5th floor and the street noise was not bad at all by local standards. Good value for money if you are not looking for super high standards.

i stayed there for three nights. Room is quite ok. Amenities are adequate. Breakfast is ok. Most importantly, very near to all the major attractions including night life.If u really mean an three star hotel, then this is the best choice.
