I have stayed here twice as the staff are so nice. Brought the Mr along too… Ms Swan and her team and the reception are so good with attention to detail, they are kind, helpful and considerate. I travelled here first as a solo visitor and they took special care of me. So I had to come back again with the fam. The pool, sauna and gym are good. You have a great view of the city … plus as it’s located centrally it is close to everything… cafe apartment on walking street, Indian restaurant, temples and even a mosque. If you need help the staff are considerate and guide you. Special mention and love for Ms Swan who made us feel right at home. Thank you Ms Swan and team! :)

“Family of five in Saigon ”

Very central location that makes seeing all the Saigon sights super easy. Rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful. Good breakfasts and roof top eating is a great way to start the day. Pool is super handy on hot days (although a little hard to find).

The location of the hotel is accessible to most of Ho Chi Minh landmarks. The interior is showing a bit of age however, it adds to the character of the building. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is accessible to most of Ho Chi Minh landmarks. The interior is showing a bit of age however, it adds to the character of the building. The rooms are spacious and clean. We booked for 2 rooms. The only thing I will comment is the bath/shower. It is safety hazard as it's too high. I nearly fall when I was stepping out of the shower/bath. It will be dangerous especially for elderly people and children. This needs to be updated for safety reasons. In saying that, our children's bath/shower (Twin Room) has lower bath/shower which gave us a bit of peace of mind. The breakfast spread is okay. Just enough to fill your stomach with food in the morning. Nothing so special except for the freshly baked baguette. At one stage, the breakfast is not fully set up. Most of the guests have come but the spread is not fully ready. We have tried the massage upstairs and we quite enjoyed the massage. No fancy ritual but I should say, it's okay for its price. I rather go here than try the dodgy massage outside the hotel. Overall, it's a room just good for sleeping. We can't expect much but this serves the purpose to just a short stay in the busy city of Ho Chi Minh. By the way, the art work is beautiful displayed on the walls. There are some beautiful paintings by local artists.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy, however the pillows were hopeless and there were no spares. Location was good, breakfast was well prepared with a good selection and the staff was efficient. We stayed 2 nights, visited all the museums and were able to walk to them all. The building is old as to expected in the area but bathroom appears to have been refurbed at some point. General maintenance of the property was good. The pool, although small, is clean and very welcome after a day out.. we would stay here again.
