“A gem outside Hanoi city center”
Came to know of this property through Amex platinum card and its associated benefits - credits, upgrades, complimentary services. Made the hotel experience even better! Views of the lake and city from the hotel are nice. Concierge service is very helpful and able to arrange customized trips.

“Good experience”
Very good hotel, room are big, no noise from outside, we rest very well. I use club floor, people are very attentive to request, Tina on club reception is very good to help me on request. Ginny serve you cocktail and take care about table. I feel well in this hotel.
