“Pleasant stay in Hanoi”
Good hotel with lovely staff and in a good location. Room was spacious but mind the bed frame - I banged my shin on more than one occasion! Should have been cleaner but nothing too distressing. “Feeling a bit dated”
We enjoyed our couple of nights at Mövenpick Hanoi, but found room a bit dated, and the new outdoor pool not that enticing. “Business focused hotel not for a vacation! Underwhelming!”
Besides being located well the service and quality of this hotel is average at best. The service is underwhelming and the staff is often rude and unhelpful. I would suggested numerous other hotels in the area that are less expensive and superior!
