“Great spot for Hanoi adventuring!”
Great staff and perfect central location for Hanoi and the Hoan Kiem Lake area. Easy check in, good air conditioning, and clean room. “Great stay in a well located hotel with exceptional staff.”
Location was fantastic. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were all amazing but a special mention needs to go to Rory who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Thank you Rory for looking after us so well!

“Beautiful hotel in hectic Hanoi”
We stayed here for 3 days. We had two rooms. Both of them very clean. Comfortable bed. With amenities and as all the hotels on Vietnam, have, 2 free bottled waters daily. Breakfast was amazing. “A week in Hanoi”
Great location, nice small hotel in the French quarter. Close to Hoan Kiem lake, water puppet theatre, hop on off bus. Indian restaurant in the evening. Lovely staff especially Lisa, Rory, Thomas & Kevin Nice terrace with a view of cathedral. Comfortable beds hotel very clean.
