“Great views and fabulous food”
This was our second hotel in Hanoi and was very different from the old quarter. Our stay coincided with a tropical storm, but even in torrential rain, the hotel is in a lovely location for taking in sights around west lake, and is not far from Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. “Excellence”
It would be churlish to give the inter westlake anything less than 5 stars. From outside, the hotel looks old-fashioned, but inside has been sympathetically renovated and refreshed. “Truly mind their IHG member”
Perfect stay, perfect location with Westlake view, and reasonable distance to old quarter of the city. They really provided a premium service to their diamond member, room upgrades, checkout extension and all the little bonus service to mind my needs and conveniences. Great hotel and staff!

It was a great experience to stay in InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. I highly recommend this hotel to stay. The view, food, service all are great. Sunset bar is also a good option available here in InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. Sight seeing was also great.

“Great experience”
Great hotel, beautiful decoration, great location and exceptional staff. Extremely impressed by Nguyen Vietnam Anh at the Sunset bar, not only was he super profesional but very attentive. Congrats! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Hanoi.
