“Excellent hotel in middle of Hanoi”

Excellent service and room is super clean. Hotel manager Quan also volunteered to reserve spa and restaurants for us. Super friendly staff and love the ambience as well. Hotel breakfast also has a large variety of food, and especially the beef/chicken pho is most delicious dish

There are 3 different La Siesta Hotels within the Old Quarter area. We stayed a night at La Siesta Premium. Staff are friendly and polite. Ms Ngan Phan was extremely helpful. She even shared food guide with us when she knew we were going up to Sapa the next day. The hotel location is great. Room is very clean. Size is nice just nice for a triple sharing. For family of 4, it will be more.comfortable to book the connecting suite room. This is one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam.

After a tiring journey and a sudden drop in temperature, the hotel thoughtfully provided homemade ginger candy (which I quickly devoured) and hot tea, instantly dispelling my fatigue and the cold. The butler, Mr. Quan, proactively reached out to me via Zalo, offering detailed travel information and leaving a heartfelt handwritten welcome card from the general manager in my room. These thoughtful gestures made me feel appreciated and immediately established a connection with the hotel. The hotel's design style can be described as "refined and elegant." Dominated by black-and-white tones, the overall ambience is minimalistic yet sophisticated. The spacious and serene lobby exudes tranquillity, making guests feel relaxed and uplifted upon entering. A grand piano in the lobby occasionally fills the space with melodious music, adding a touch of artistic elegance to the atmosphere. When it comes to facilities, the hotel showcases meticulous attention to detail and high standards of planning. The bottled water in the rooms features a recyclable design with a seal, blending eco-friendliness with hygiene. Information plaques are laser-engraved on dark wood, exuding understated sophistication. Even the electric kettle tray is thoughtfully designed: the base fits snugly into the tray, and the power cord is neatly tucked beneath, ensuring a clean and safe setup with no messy wires in sight. The bathroom and toiletries are particularly noteworthy, with a carefully curated selection of products that boast a high-end, natural fragrance. Even the towels carry a faint, soothing scent, making showering a luxurious and rejuvenating experience that feels like a journey of healing and relaxation. During my stay, I also experienced the professionalism and attentiveness of the other staff members. They were detail-oriented during breakfast service and took the initiative to inquire about my overall experience, making me feel warmly welcomed and truly at home. In conclusion, this hotel excels not only in location, price, and cleanliness but also in its exquisite design, premium facilities, and impeccable service. I am writing this as my family and I are on our way to Noi Bai airport in Hanoi. The conversation is singular - how absolutely fabulous our stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be had been. This was a second stay prompted by a wonderful experience one year ago. La Siesta Preium Hang Be in Hanoi is unquestionably at the top of our list of boutique hotels anywhere we have stayed during a lifetime of travel. The location couldn’t be better. Finishings are top rate. The Cloud Nine restaurant serves wonderful food and drinks at Lighthouse Sky Bar are generous and some of the best we’ve enjoyed. All while taking in the view and character of Hanoi from above. But what sets La Siesta apart is the service and professionalism of its staff. Especially Mr Quan and his front-of- house colleagues. It is quite obvious they do not consider what they do as jobs. Mr. Quan and colleagues approach what they do as a dedication to the craft of helping people get the most out of their stays. Truly nothing was done at half measures. Everything for guests was done to perfection. Nothing was too much or too little. As I end I would be remiss without an another mention of Mr Quan - a truly heart-felt thank for going above and beyond (again) who truly was “always on duty” for guests. You will be remembered as the best.
