“New Year well spent”
It was our 2nd time to spend New Year's at Hanoi and Heart Hotel was the perfect location. “Great location, good value, price and service! Attentive manager Michael and his staff, took good care of us.”
We stayed here for a few nights and then returned again. Michael took good care of us from our initial arrival, handling driver pick up from the airport to arranging our trips to Halong Bay, Sapa etc.

We chose the Heart hotel because of location and value. It was quite clean, very comfortable, excellent hot water. Great air con. The staff were just lovely and extremely accommodating.
