On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Good value for money”
The hotel is not new and you can smell a bit stale odour when you enter the room. It desappears when the AC works. “smell in the room”
when entered the room at first, we've got the smell in the room. it seems to be from the old furniture. but the next day the smell was disappeared. However, the smell in the room was our first negative impression.

“old asian at its best”
it was a lot older and dingy then the photos suggests, it had a funny damp smell. the roof top pool was too scary for words. one look at the restaurant and you know not to eat there. the staff wonderful and helpful.
