“Great view of the bay”
Loved this hotel. The room was so nice, and we had a view of the bay with a balcony. The bathtub is deep and very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We also had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Both were very good.

Pros: Huge rooms Views of Halong Bay and City Feels updated and modern Decent location, could be closer to activity to east Panorama Restaurant- views and food quality Cons: Hard mattresses...a surprise considering

“Splendid Views of Ha Long Bay, Poor Hotel Maintenance”
We stayed for one night, ate dinner and partake in following morning’s buffet breakfast. “Beautiful but impractical ”
This is a beautiful hotel with fabulous views of the bay. But it fails in two of the most important things a hotel is for. The bed is absolutely rock hard, so we didn't sleep well. The shower is horribly designed, so that the entire bathroom is drenched when it's used.
