“Super staff”
Stayed here on and off over a few weeks. The housekeeping and event staff were so lovely. Stayed in various rooms each time we stayed. The rooms do vary. And I would recommend the suites. We had rooms overlooking the mountain and the view was lovely. Breakfast was rather nice and use of the sports… more

“Quiet cool location”
A very pleasant location on the hill side above the city away from the traffic. Very good value for money. Rooms adequately furnished. Breakfast average quality and a good selection of dishes for Venezuela on the general menu. Staff always helpful and polite.

“very quiet, beautiful garden, top security, nice staff”
Very good address, quiet, security, beautiful garden & pool. Very friendly staff. The problem is the delivery of food: three days no eggs, one evening no bottled water, one day not even the most simple corn flakes, last day no milk for the coffee. What can we & what can they do to better the situat… more

“Character hotel”
Hotel in its own compound with attractive gardens in one of the better areas of Caracas. Helpful friendly staff although, as with most things in Venezuala, you have to be patient. average quality breakfast
