“Nice friendly people”

Very nice attendance good breakfast bout short timer for breakfast if stay more longer for breakfast is very good food and cleaning my family we enjoyed nice place and location is very closed to Bush garden and water park and restaurants other attractions

All in all, it’s a nice hotel with a decent breakfast. The room is nice, but the maid service is very lacking. Been here for four nights and two of the days we had no maid service at all even though we left out the placard for maid service. One of the days we had partial maid service. Meaning that they replaced the towels and emptied the trash, but they left the bed unmade.

I am a self-professed hotel snob being that I travel often for work and stay in fancy hotels I never have to pay for. Since I had no points to use for another place and booked a trip on a whim with my 10 year old and his friend, I figured we would roll the dice and try something different. I've never stayed at a Best Western that I remember. Surprisingly, it was fine. I was really nervous but figured as long as it was clean and comfortable for 2 nights it would work. It was clean and comfortable, for the most part. It was sold out and very crowded so the hallway floors did get a bit sticky and the trash was overflowing but it seemed to be quickly taken care. The room was basic but clean. The bed linens were white and we did find one stain on the coverlet but it was obviously washed and a tiny old stain. I didn't love it but it wasn't a deal breaker. The bathroom is where things could've been a little better. The sink/ mirror/ toilet area were clean and ok. The tub left things to be desired. It was stained and even had some old mold stains in the caulking. It's almost like they rehabbed the whole room except the tub. Also there were rust stains and messed up molding around the bottom of the tub where it overflowed and wasn't taken care of properly. To be honest, that was the only major issue I had with the whole room. At a price point of around $70 per night before fees, I feel like something was to be expected. We sleep fine, good even, since we were worn out from walking in the heat. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the free breakfast. The breakfast was very basic. I only had a bagel but there was eggs, sausage and biscuits. Overall, the experience was subpar but fine for just 2 nights with kids.
