“Great train ride with an Awesome environment”
From check-in the leaving the train ride to go home the entire day-cation was awesome. We loved the set up of the whole hotel, very calming and relaxing. “Perfect Birthday Trip!”
The Grand Canyon Railroad experience was wonderful. I hotel was clean and beautifully decorated for the season and the employees were friendly and helpful. “Excellent destination”
Excellent customer service! Rooms were clean. Quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Centrally located. Near train depot. You must take the train! Gun show was very entertaining. Would recommend highly. Beautifully decorated for the holidays Christmas!

“Great way to see the Canyon”
This was our second trip to the Grand Canyon. The railroad is a relaxing, enjoyable way to get out to the Canyon. Be warned that the rail depot is too far from the South Rim Center to get there and back in the time alloted between trains, unless you are staying at the Canyon overnight. We really e… more

“It’s an ok place in somewhere with little choice.”
This is a decent place to stay, to visit Grand Canyon, we had a good room on the first night, but our second night, on return from the canyon, was less good but we were tired and cold so did accept it.
