Not a bad hotel but way too big for its own good. If you have mobility issues this isn't the hotel for you. The first floor consist of mostly conference rooms and empty space. It feels like it takes forever to get where you are going. If you book for a hot tub like I do this isn't your place. The hot tub has been removed. Pool area is nice. I am big on having a nice place to sit and relax outside while my husband is out working but this hotel has one spot in front of the hotel with 2 benches (very uncomfortable benches) that are covered in bird poop. This hotel is literally at the airport but you won't hear anything inside and never saw any traffic. Room service from the restaurant on site was good. They had several options. I didn't like that I had to call and order rather than order on the app. (Phone anxiety) We never had breakfast though so no opinions on that. The staff was amazing. Very sweet and helpful. We had a jr suite on the 3rd floor in the North Tower. Room was a good size with 2 closets. Had a microwave and mini fridge. Hotel does have a small store on site with a good selection but of course you will pay the price. They do have a shuttle that I saw several times. The Internet was very spotty and the TV froze up a lot. Bathroom does include lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The scent is a little manly to me but they are all decent. The gym was nice with several options. The entire area is aviation places but there are numerous stores and restaurants about 5 minutes away. All in all the hotel was decent. We will probably be returning next month for another work trip.

“Solid Stay”

Solid stay for two nights. Easy walk from airport less than 5 min. Rooms are clean and comfortable but a little dated. Very good workout room. Nice hotel bar and a good staff. Overall its a good choice if you are in town and want to be by the airport

My assigned room was in North Tower, but after walking to those elevators they were inoperative for some reason. My assigned room was in North Tower, but after walking to those elevators they were inoperative for some reason. Walked back to desk (I had a serious walking problem), and was told to use the South Tower elevators. I walked to those, and it was a LONG way to my room once on the floor. And then a LONG way back to elevator for dinner....and then back to the room, and then at checkout. Nice place, but why the desk staff had no idea that the elevators were inop, I don't understand. Easy ride to the FBO at the airport in the morning, pleasant driver. Note too that on Sundays breakfast starts late..7:00 I think it was, and I was planning to be out of the hotel by then.
