“Great Customer Service”
I had a minor issue with my Hotel Room, but the management at Courtyard Jordan Creek was was so Awesome… Manager Tom Tryon Professionalism and Courtesy was Outstanding. Tom made me feel as if I was the only customer… I felt extra special. Tom stopped everything and dealt with my situation asap… ... more

“Best hotel! 100% book again.”
Absolutely incredible stay. The staff was so inviting and the hotel was very clean. We would 100% stay here again. It was very easy to book and the staff was able to accommodate to anything we needed. If you are thinking of staying here, you should.

“staff and hotel immaculate”
This Courtyard is hands down the BEST stay I have and during my time in Iowa, Tom at the front desk was delightful and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is extremely clean and the beds were great. “Annual Vacation”
Tom (Phoenix, Arizona) and Benny (Panama City, Florida) were managers on site and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. “My experience was 5 out of 5 stars”
The bed was most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. If I needed anything staff did anything I needed. I would definitely go back again!!
