“Would Recommend”
The room was nice and clean. There were plenty of complimentary items for bathroom use as well as the hot tub that was in the room. We loved the hot tub in the room! It was our whole rain for booking at this hotel! Plenty of towels. The staff was pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Clean and great beds”
Beautiful room! We had the king suite. Beds are amazingly comfortable with big fluffy pillows. I’m a bathroom critic especially with showers for cleanliness…it was spotless. The decor of the hotel is great. Parking is never a problem. Front desk employee was very kind at our late night ch… more

“Top Notch Best Western”
We were in Des Moines for the Iowa State Fair and our experience at this Best Western made the trip extra special. “A nice stay in West Des Moines.”
The room was very clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the room which was quickly addressed and investigated. The breakfast options were plentiful and well stocked. All in all a good stay in a comfortable room.

“Brief stay while traveling home”
Our stay was brief, the TV didn't work and the staff person at the front desk immediately came and fixed it. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was right off the interstate. The parking was good and close to restaurants and gas stations.
