Stayed here in August to be halfway between the Cubs and Brewers. The room was pretty small, it felt a little tight with two adults in the bed and two kids on the sleeper sofa plus a small bathroom. But everything was clean and staff were friendly/helpful. The pool is outdoor with no hot tub but we were there on sunny mid 80s day so it was enjoyable. Very convenient to the lakeshore, and you can see Six Flags so I imagine lots of people stay for that.

I stayed here for four nights, and it was just average for me. Most of the staff was nice, but one of the front desk workers needs help with his customer skills. I stayed here for four nights, and it was just average for me. Most of the staff was nice, but one of the front desk workers needs help with his customer skills. The room was clean, but a little dated. The beds were ok, but the pillows were not great at all. It’s close to busy roads, and you can hear a lot of traffic. Constantly heard dumpster lids closing from the area business. Hard to sleep if you’re not use to it. There is only an outdoor pool, and the fitness center was ok. Not a terrible stay, but I’ll probably stay somewhere else if I’m in the area again.

We stayed here for a wedding and invited a large amount of people to book a block of rooms here. The beds were comfortable and the lobby was inviting (although our room was musty and smelled of smoke). However, I would not recommend this in the future for a wedding as the communication was terrible. Twice the events person changed and they would not send us the list of names who had booked. There were not enough rooms in the block, despite the original person saying they add on rooms if the original block is full. A new block had to be created which they misspelled (slightly funny but sloppy). They said they would hand out the welcome bags we had put together but then didn't. No one knew if we had a conference room for hair and makeup as promised until we could dig through emails to prove. They said we couldn't use that same conference room the night before to gather our family as it was prepared for an event the next morning (us). We ended up using the lobby for our guest welcome party. They also said we couldn't use the adjoining conference room because it was set up for a different event (and we saw it- it was not). Elderly people arrived to check in and they refused to let them in a room early until we spoke with the front desk. Then magically the rooms were ready. I guess the hospitality industry is hard hit but this was low service for a Hampton. Staying here for 6 flags would be fine, but I can not recommend for a wedding party.
