“amaxing staff member/ made my experience at hotel”
Faustino- the bellman was AMAZING! he made the whole experience in a perfect way. sweet, friendly took care of anything i needed! He directed me , got my taxi, dealt with my tv that was broken. just on top of things! Room was great, coffee / latte at bar was delicious

“Dont Pass on the Hotel Washington or its Roof Top bar the Vue.”
Great hotel with exceptional staff from the door to the roof top bar. The roof top bar has a great view of some DC landmarks like the Washington Monument, the south side of the White House plus the Potomac River. I highly recommend this hotel and i have stayed there a half dozen times.

“Above and beyond reception staff”
5 star service in a brilliantly located hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. Bar areas were busy but well staffed (drinks are pricy as you would expect). But what stood out was the staff and the service - British Airways didn’t send my case and then I had a very difficult courier on the seco… more

“House keeping did great job.”
Nazia did a wonderful job cleaning our room! Very pleasant person with smiles to go with it. She addressed the mirror light not working to maintence for us and even fixed the shelf on coffee maker. Love to see hard working people that has pride in their job.
