“Comfort and Ease While at Disney”
Very comfortable and well run resort. The paddock pool was our favorite with the smaller kid area and the bigger kid/adult water slide. From that pool the bus stop takes you to any of the parks. “A chilled vacation”
The resort is huge and there is plenty to do. We stayed in a studio in the Grandstand area.This was a quiet area and the pool was relaxed and easy to find loungers on a daily basis.The bar area was open and served a basic menu at reasonable rates.There is a refill station for refillable cups. “Cast member Gredy”
We are currently at Saratoga springs and a cast member named Gredy was more than amazing. It was pouring down rain and we had quite the trek. She stopped & picked us up & gave us her number for anything we may need in the future. She was the sweetest.

“SSR”
Our home resort Saratoga Springs Resort Lake Buena Vista Florida Refurbished rooms, very nice. You have a tiaster, drip coffee machine, microwave, Mini cooler fridge no freezer. We had chosen a Prime location Deluxe Studio. Pools were not at compactly even though July 4 weekend.
