Could not be more pleased with this beautiful property or my stay. Rooms are clean, modern and include all the amenities one would need. The finishes and toiletries could be more upscale given the price point, but this is definitely meant for families and built accordingly. Service and quality throughout the resort was exactly to the wonderful standard you’d appreciate from Disney. From front desk, to the bell staff, restaurant staff and the meeting and banquets team which are top notch. A true demonstration of the Disney difference and the intangible premium feel that Disney always delivers. The location and transport offered around WDW is perfect and made the stay even easier. Loved it and would return and recommend again and again.

Excellent service, clean, very friendly staff/cast members from all over the world. They were always helpful and respectful. Clean rooms, plenty of parking, handicapped parking. Kid friendly. Excellent service, clean, very friendly staff/cast members from all over the world. They were always helpful and respectful. Clean rooms, plenty of parking, handicapped parking. Kid friendly. Food is delicious. The atmosphere is amazing! So many people moving here and there, but were respectful. Colorful colored artwork, the carpets were always spotless. The bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve ever been. Prices arent that bad, though four hamburgers cost $158.00 plus tip!

“Fantastic return visit”

We have just returned from our 2nd visit to this hotel and had a wonderful time. All cast members were great, rooms spotlessly clean and the grounds immaculate. We have just returned from our 2nd visit to this hotel and had a wonderful time. All cast members were great, rooms spotlessly clean and the grounds immaculate. We loved the quiet pool at the Ranchos and the location of building 7B was perfect, close to the bus stop and a lovely walk to the main buildings. The food at the quick service was much improved on our previous visit. We had an excellent meal at Toledo and 3 bridges was great too. Breakfast at Rix was good value and fresh. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, our favourite moderate resort

“Disney standards without overblown branding”

Recently stayed for 3 nights with a friend to attend Food & Wine Festival. Recently stayed for 3 nights with a friend to attend Food & Wine Festival. Check-in was super-easy as room info and door key were in her mobile app. Our room was sparkling clean with extremely comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. In-room refrigerator kept beverages nice and cold. The resort is huge and we would have appreciated better directional signage/maps to help us get around especially when searching for the Disney bus stops. We did note an abandoned sock near a stairwell which was not picked up by housekeeping the entire time we were at the resort. AJ at guest services was incredible in helping us with some app challenges.
