We loved this place. We stayed for a week from 21st October 2024. We had a two bedroom apartment in block 64, first floor room. This was a few mins walk to the island pool and the same 2 mins walk to the activity building. Our apartment was located beside the main lake. The apartment was perfect for us, good size, two bedrooms and an excellent living area with kitchen. Covered balcony with table and chairs. We found this to be everything we needed for a family of four. There were a number of BBQ areas outside and a really nice area with a fire pit. Reception was welcoming and staff excellent, pool facilities were very good, a choice of pools with pools bars. We used the boat often to cross to the main pool area. Lots of activities organised thought out our stay and staff really were fantastic. We hired boats and bumper boats. We played at the basketball court and they had a really cool Halloween room set up for children. We ordered food to our room and this was prompt and very tasty. The shop on site was also well stocked. The location worked for us, we had a car so were able to drive to Disney 10 mins away, universal 15 mins away and also Seaworld and Aquatic only 2/3 mins away. We’re from the UK so not timeshare targets but it was only mentioned at check in and we polity declined. We had a small issue in that we felt there was a peculiar oder in the apartment, we called and housekeeping came and put stuff down the drains and used an air purifier. We will rerun and looking to stay again in 2025.

“Our *1 resort - everything about resort is perfect.”

Location is amazing - central for everything. Minutes to Seaworld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove. 5 minutes to Premium Outlets (and Ross/Burlington/Marshalls etc) 15 minutes to Universal and Disney Parks. Location is amazing - central for everything. Minutes to Seaworld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove. 5 minutes to Premium Outlets (and Ross/Burlington/Marshalls etc) 15 minutes to Universal and Disney Parks. We have been visiting Orlando for over 30 years and previously stayed in Villas. This is now our 3rd visit in as many years to Marriott Cypress Harbour and won’t be our last. All staff without exception are so professional and dedicated to providing a superb holiday experience. Shoutout to Housekeeping - they are amazing. Always cheery and giving a wave and a smile. Anyone reading this review whilst considering a holiday and comparing prices - (other major chains may be a few pound less a night ) - please go for this resort - you will not regret and will quickly realise you get so much more for such a little difference. The staff, the grounds, the gym/spa, the rooms (all 2 bedrooms with Huge living room/kitchen) the location are why we will be revisiting as soon as is possible. Oh and it may be important for some - not once in 3 lengthy stays have we had any attempted sales pitch - at check in you are asked if you are interested in a presentation- you say No, and that’s it- it’s never mentioned again.

We arrived on Sunday 8/4/24. Storm Debby hit the same day. We didn't know what to expect! We arrive 6 hours late due to a flight delay. Weeks prior to our arrival we called & spoke to Kelsey at the front desk. We voiced our concerns & needs to her. Kelsey not only listened but saw that all of our needs were met beyond our expectations. We had several elderly & handicap people in our family traveling with us. We ordered groceries & had boxes shipped prior to our arrival. Even during the storm Kelsey worked hard to make sure all packages, groceries & needs were met. We are so thankful for staff like Kelsey that still care about taking care of people in an industry that so often does not... The resort is beautiful. Our room was immaculate. Our room was accessible to walk from anywhere we wanted to go within the resort. Thank you to the front desk staff that rode out the storm with us & made us feel safe..
