We had a great time during busy Thanksgiving week. My spouse had mobility issues due to Parkinson's disease and we were with three grandchildren all below 6 years old so I requested ground floor rooms. Agent Kim at the check-in counter helped a lot to make sure that we got ground floor rooms during this busy week. She also explained the resort facilities to make sure we all enjoyed our visit.

Looking around this property, you can see the management is working hard to keep this older resort operational and functioning. Stayed two weeks in the latest remodeled unit and it was quite nice. Looking around this property, you can see the management is working hard to keep this older resort operational and functioning. Stayed two weeks in the latest remodeled unit and it was quite nice. Needed to have an extra mattress to put on top of the too thin pull out sofa. A nice addition would be a cheap Walmart full length mirror in the bedrooms for dressing. Otherwise, great place to catch some ZZ's.

However, the beauty of the setting can be overshadowed by the condition of the property itself. Room Size and Comfort: ★★★★☆ The rooms are spacious and provide a comfortable amount of space for guests. You’ll find plenty of room to relax and unwind, making it a good choice for families or groups looking for extra space. The beds are comfortable, and the overall layout works well for a pleasant stay. Cleanliness and Maintenance: ★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The carpets in the rooms appear worn and are in desperate need of a deep clean or replacement. Furniture is similarly dirty and shows significant signs of wear and tear, which detracts from what could otherwise be a comfortable environment. The general maintenance of the property could be vastly improved. Grill Area: ★★☆☆☆ The grill area, a feature that could enhance the overall guest experience, is disappointingly small and poorly set up.
