“Great !”
My stay was pleasant, all the staff (the ones I met) were very friendly, we had breakfast included every day and shuttle to Universal Studios. I particularly liked the location, everything we needed was 20 minutes or less from the hotel. Thank you!

“best option at Universal area”
Best hotel option if you’re going to Universal! Amazing location only 5 min away from the parks.. could see the outlets from my room. Free parking, free breakfast (they have pancakes, waffles, eggs, donuts etc). Not to mention the Outstanding staff, they were all incredibly friendly all the time ! … more

“Great stay, great hotel.”
Clean room and comfortable bed. The front desk clerks were very nice at the check in. 24 hot fresh coffee in the lobby was great. The breakfast was good. They had some good options for breakfast. Many restaurants are close by, and the convenient stores are close by too.
