We enjoyed the resort. The staff was great and the 2-bedroom unit was very nice. The master bath was huge! The furnishings were up-to-date. The location was very convenient to Downtown Disney, restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. The grounds were well manicured. I have no complaints. I will definitely stay there again.

Very clean, spacious units. Heads up, no elevators, so you will have to carry all suitcases up the stairs(only 3 floors high thankfully-but with a family of 5 and 6 suitcases it can be a lot). Very clean, spacious units. Heads up, no elevators, so you will have to carry all suitcases up the stairs(only 3 floors high thankfully-but with a family of 5 and 6 suitcases it can be a lot). We have to give a huge applause and shout out to the entry guard shack attendant working on late days and early evenings. She was amazing, always waving, smiling, telling jokes and just a great employee. This resort is blessed to have someone like this representing them. The resort was recently redone top to bottom and it shows. One of the most clean I've been in. Front desk is very quick to respond whenever we messaged them via the Hilton app.

The hilton vacation club hotel in Kissisime is avid and it’s esteemed personality among many astonishing hotels is mind gulping at the least. Yes, it may be pricy for some but as an explorer and certified luxury hotel stayer i’m telling you the hotel is all worth the money. The food there is delectable at the least and for a grandpa with 19 grandkids it is a great experience for all ages. The rooms are great and we didn’t run into anything wrong with them. When you are staying at a hilton you simply feel like royalty and nothing less. The location is also mindblowing almost out of a film. And if you dont have anything planned in Kissisime you can just stay at the hotel the whole time you’re there and still have the time of your life. BTW 13 floor has a secret room try and look for it👍

“polynesian isles”
We absolutely love the Polynesian Isles. It is a smaller resort but very personable. We love all of the staff, Suzanna, the concierge was so helpful.

Excellent just excellent. My husband and I went here to celebrate our 27th Wedding Anniversary. Our room was very clean and spacious. Towels were plentiful. The staff exhibited professionalism throughout our 5 nights stay. In addition, we were surprised with a balloon and candy for our Anniversary from the staff. I highly recommend this resort. This will be my go to place in Kissimmee.
