Still a great hotel . We have stayed here at least 10 times and loved it. This time still good not great. Most of my issues/ concerns have to do with the new bus system. So let's start with they switched from mears to Fabulous or something like that . Although the busses are nicer the service isn't as good. Positive, most of the drivers are very informative. Negatives - buses only come every hour , instead of every half hour like before. I don't want to hear the Covid excuse we are well past that. With an every hour shuttle if you miss one you are going to lose an hour at the park or take a car service . Which we did twice . Once to the park and once back. Second negative is breakfast doesn't open until 7:00. Bus leaves at 7:30. Makes it near impossible to grab breakfast and catch the 7:30 bus. Even opening 15 minutes earlier would help. Next issue is , you now have to schedule to get on the bus . This is a recent change because we were there in March and this wasn't the case. Also wasn't told about the change when I checked in. That lead to me trying to hop on boss and the driver arguing that we can't board the boss without a reservation. Not knowing about the change I said we have a park reservation. He said no a reservation for the bus. After some back and forth he says " you need a reservation for the park , you need one for the hotel , why wouldn't you need one for the bus? I don't know because I never did before. I would say, the reservation system is crap because what if you change your mind where you want to go? Also not all drivers check the reservations. So to recap the new bus system sucks. Reservations - coming hourly - and the fact that it is near impossible to grab breakfast and still catch that early bus , makes this not as user friendly as possible. Also had a problem with one of the ladies in the market place . She screwed something up on the coffee / water ticket , then didn't want to fix it. I graded a 4 because Courtney was fantastic to deal with and showed a great deal of empathy. With the marketplace issue and the bus changes I could have easily done a 3 or lower . Keep in mind I always give this resort a 5. This was an off time for them .

I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is very nice , being in the Disney area. The hotel is fairly large. The rooms could use some updating but they are ok. The staff was very nice. I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is very nice , being in the Disney area. The hotel is fairly large. The rooms could use some updating but they are ok. The staff was very nice. The pool is really nice. I was there the day that the hurricane rolled through so that was interesting. Overall it’s a pretty nice place.
