“Relaxing and comfortable”
We decided to treat ourselves to an early Christmas at this property. We had a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. There was a patio for morning coffee and enjoying the weather. “Resort maintenance suggested”
We had a wonderful time at this resort, which had a daily resort fee of $28.13 per day. A suggestion for the pool and hot tub maintenance: The edge of the hot tub has layers of white accumulation. “Winter break 2024”
Overall the staff was good. Everything was clean. Had an issue with a toilet that wasn’t resolved effectively and had no hot water the last night of our stay. It was late night, but the bigger issue was that there was now prior warning of the hot water being turned off.

“A week vacation to enjoy theme parks and area”
Disappointing room view of parking lot. Sales representative and security did not give a welcoming attitude. Maintenance performed on hot water to room with no notification. Village is large and room was too far from activities.
