“I would stay there again when visiting Sea World, Orlando”
The staff were very responsive and customer orientated. At the front desk I would like to commend Kaina, very pleasant and helpful. “Must read review”
Great proximity to SeaWorld which is why we chose it. The staff was average (definitely not overly friendly) and the room was ok (clean but basic for a 1 bedroom). “Price was decent but wouldn’t stay again”
Overall we had a okay stay. The location was very convenient and walking distance to SeaWorld. Breakfast was included with our package and your standard hot breakfast, no complaints. The staff were all very friendly. The room itself however was kind of a let down. If we didn’t keep the A/C below 70… more

“Average hotel to below average hotel for price”
Hotel is not worth the high room rate, lobby has been redone, and is nice. Pool is nice. Rooms and hallways of hotel are run down and not very nice at all. I have been in way nicer hotels for less than $200 a night price they ask for this one. Pillows were awful, bed was ok, shade in hotel room… more
