“On way to cruise”
The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Lobby bar was a nice feature. Used Go Port to get to Port Canaveral and the hotel included it with their reservation. That was very helpful. Pool area was clean and nice also. Would recommend this hotel while in Orlando.

“Cleanliness needs attention”
The shuttle driver from the airport was terrific; front desk was pleasant & helpful. My disappointment was with cleanliness of the room. “Not convenient for traverler's- no microwave, only 1 chair in room and no stable place to unpack your luggage.”
There was no bench or place to unpack suitcases, except for a collapsable luggage rack, that kept tipping over. There was no microwave. There were no bars of soap, only the large bottles on the wall.
