I checked into this hotel at about 2 AM after having a very bad experience at a hotel across the street and the agent at the front desk was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. She even wished me a happy birthday and offered me a little treat from her basket .It was a very pleasant check-in. My room was beautiful, clean and cozy. I stayed there for two nights, September 15-17 2024. The entire staff was very professional and very pleasant and I had an overall amazing stay. This will definitely be my hotel anytime I stay in Orlando.

I was on Orlando for personal business and just needed a place to sleep with good internet so I could work remotely during the day. In that regard this place fit the bill. I would say this place would also work well for a family on a budget, and there were a number of families there. Pros: 1) Reasonable rate - I paid $92/night (before taxes) 2) Breakfast included - it was for me because I have Bonvoy status. I think there are rates that will include breakfast. The buffet was pretty good, with eggs, bacon, etc, the only issue is that it is exactly the same every day. 3) Decent internet in the room 4) Bed was comfortable 5) Good location, close to lots of things 6) I didn't check it out, but the pool seemed pretty nice with a bar Cons: 1) My room smelled very musty, especially when you first walked in. I guess I got used to the smell because it didn't seem to bother me once I was in the room. 2) $15/day for parking, and it's just an open lot.

My stars go to CJ! The only person who truly made this stay amazing. Freaking smelled like marijuana at various times (someone was obviously smoking on their bathroom), tv didn’t work, and after one day the shower didn’t drain. Now after a long night of Halloween Horror Nights, my wife and I wanted to take a hot shower only to find that it won’t drain. So after calling numerous times to the front desk and playing the show up and call game until the lady magically appeared from the back and looked annoyed that the phone was ringing at 2am, I hung up and approached her regarding the shower. That’s when CJ was sent to our room with his tools. CJ had such a great attitude and fixed our shower so quick! Come to find out he’s the security guard! I hope he’s getting paid for those 2 jobs he’s doing…plus overtime!!! Security guards need an advocate too!!!

“Four Points Doesn't Equal Four Stars”

Flew down for a short vacation to Universal. Chose this Four Points through an Employee Discount Program through work, and since I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, thought this would work out well. PROS: Great views and well located within vicinity of restaurants and attractions. Shuttle available to Universal. Outdoor pool. Very reasonably priced CONS: Customer Service. Because I booked through my work program, I did not get the included breakfast (Despite it being listed). I did ask at the counter if anything could be done and was told that they would "note it." Pretty sure this is code for "there's an IHOP down the street" because nothing was done for us. (Was also told, in the politest way possible, that my Marriott Bonvoy status wasn't high enough). In addition, we were not told at check in that housekeeping was only every other day so clean towels became an issue. Had I known, I could have grabbed a few extra at check in. Front desk staff, though I wouldn't characterize them as "unfriendly," they were certainly disinterested and just short of an "I just work here, man." I will be back to Orlando in the spring and Four Points won't be a consideration for lodging.
