My stay at four points was great. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The rooms was very clean very time we returned to our room after each day of our convention. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Special thanks to Katrina, evening shift bartender, the welcoming front desk girls on our first day and the supervisor. I would most definitely return to this hotel. Thank you all once again. Ohhh i forgot, the Chef 100 stars. Amazing food.

“Wonderful Housekeeping Staff!”

My parents stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center from Jan. 27 – Feb. 20. My father has a number of health issues and was recovering from a fall when he came to the hotel. The housekeeping staff made the stay very comfortable for my parents. The room was always clean and nicely made up. There were also plenty of clean towels and toiletries provided. We could always count on a superior level of service each day. My mother especially loved the towel swans each day with the orchids. It was such a nice touch and gave her such pleasure each day! She has many photos of the swans!

Everyone we met at this hotel went out of their way to be kind and make our stay memorable. The GM, engaged (does he sleep?) is one of those rare leaders able to make a team effective & somehow all around him are happy & it shows in all they do for the guests! Everyone we met at this hotel went out of their way to be kind and make our stay memorable. The GM, engaged (does he sleep?) is one of those rare leaders able to make a team effective & somehow all around him are happy & it shows in all they do for the guests! We now consider him a friend… wish we had noted more names. The bartender was great, the chef’s food really amazing & front desk helped us without us even asking… (who does that) & I must mention Sylvia S. who put towel swans on our bed, gave us a spotless suite. very comfy european beds and created a space giving us memories of a second honeymoon we didn’t even know we were planning. We will be back it’s the special touches people notice. Next time we’re in the beautiful pool. Building needs some upgrades but if comes at expense of these people don’t!

Bernadette was the best part of this experience - she and her housekeeping staff went absolutely above and beyond in providing five star level service. She ensured our room had enough bedding and linens, was clean, and even replaced our broken fridge. She was professional and kind, as were all of the staff here. My only issue is the hotel is fairly old and in need of some freshening up. It’s an affordable and competitive rate otherwise.
