Overall, it did exactly what it said on the tin. It was clean, spacious and served our purpose very well. Would I revisit here, yeah, more than likely. The swimming pool was very good, there is a bar and a small shop, although the "Starbucks" wasn't good. The apartment had its own kitchen / diner, I noted several things that were not present, for example, no kettle for Tea - and I'm NOT using a microwave to make tea.... There were no teaspoons, small saucepans (to boil water) some of the plates were missing, the tin opener was broken. Most of the above was addressed by the staff except they brought a broken kettle. The room was very dated in general, needs fully updating a few decades, there was a jacuzzi bath which was lovely for resting your feet in at the end of a day walking miles around parks, however, no idea why there is a pair of doors onto the bedroom, the doors don't fit or close! The biggest issue I had was the absolutely non existent water pressure in the shower of the kitchen sink, really was bad.

Arrived later in the evening to a clean condo. Small issues attended to promptly by onsite property manager. He actually went above and beyond what I expected from a large resort in a tourist town. Arrived later in the evening to a clean condo. Small issues attended to promptly by onsite property manager. He actually went above and beyond what I expected from a large resort in a tourist town. Maintenance came this morning to correct a small issue. These are individually-owned units so I suspect some are better than others. Room service was quick & delicious. Wal-Mart delivered groceries free w/ their app. Pool area is very nice.

Second visit. Our first visit was more than 10 years ago. Unfortunately the hotelroom wasn't updated since then. It was old not well maintained and certainly not clean. Beds were good, the apartment was spacious and the location is great relative to the parcs, attractions and shops. We complained about the issues, staff said I send an email with photos to I think their facility management. The issues weren't fixed, we did receive a day refund and an offer to relocate. We did not move because we had only two days left. I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff is great. Size of units is great. Units are very dated. Beds are very hard and lack proper bedding. No blankets or comforters. The tile floors and tubs are dangerously slippery. Lack of enough kitchen supplies. Appliances very noisy. Hallways very noisy. Location is noisy and traffic in this area is so bad that food delivery is either astronomically priced or not available despite being surrounded by eateries.
