“Family friendly hotel”
We love the Embassy Suites!.... The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a issue with our first room & the staff was very attentive and expeditious to resolve it. Breakfast was delicious! The location was great as well. Close to the airport shops and restaurants.

“Travel”
My entire family traveled to this hotel. We were picked up by Kabil at the airport. We stayed for several nights and each day/night (depending his shift) Kabil was also our shuttle driver to dinner. Kabil was very personable and kind and made travel a little less stressful!

Kabil is great! He was very pleasant, funny & helpful. He picked us up at the airport and also drove us to and from a few dining destinations. Each time we traveled he drove safe. He opened and closed the door each time as well. Kabil, keep up the great work!

“Great front desk staff but horrible smell in the hotel and rooms. Possible mold”
The front desk team is awesome! Thank you for going above and beyond to accommodating our party of 25. The staff overall was great! One complaint is the smell of the hotel and the rooms. Room 514, 406 and especially room 711 smells like mold. The ceiling in 711 has water damage you can see it. … more
