“Helpful operator”
I had called the property asking for help on parking overnight to hold my car as I went on vacation as I am a team member at another DoubleTree. “Pretty Good Stay”
Claudia did a great job cleaning my room! My bed was made with stainless sheets and comforter. Suggestion: Order new towels and sheets. We had the Comforter and sheets replaced when we checked-in and the replacement bedding also had stains.

“It was alright”
At first glance, it’s a beautiful hotel. The bathroom cleanliness was not great, the beds are SO UNCOMFORTABLE.
