“Great location, walk to Universal”
This is an older hotel, rooms def showing age but were clean and comfortable. Seems to be a popular hotel for conferences/groups but was very quiet even though fully booked during our stay. “The people were the highlight!”
Kaina was the best. I had a few questions about the hotel. I watched her help two other guests. She was polite and kept a smile on her face. When it was my turn, she kept it up. Had a big smile, was super sweet, and was able to answer all my questions.
