“Loved our stay!”
Excellent amenities and super close to Universal Studios. My only complaint is that the fitted sheets on the beds were too small for the bed and ended up coming off as soon as you lay on the bed and throughout the night leaving you sleeping on the mattress pad. Otherwise, it was an awesome stay.

“Great staff”
I want to state how incredible the staff at this location is. I had an issue with my reservation and it wasn’t discovered until check-in on a night where the hotel was fully booked. “Room was great. But...”
The fried chicken in the restaurant was extremely small, and WAY overpriced. Four pieces, $25. No sides. Great onion rings, but $9. And a can of soda in the store, $4??? Profits are one thing. Outright theft is another. Breakfast buffet was good, but again, $25. Really overpriced. Maybe $1… more

“Old, and pricey”
A bit overpriced and certainly outdated. Business trip here for a conference so not like I had too many options as it was a part of the conference itself. Entering the room was a step back in time with colors, design and carpet very much showing their age. Although there were cracks around the show… more
