I'd give this hotel a six rating, if I could, just for how much the staff made my stay more enjoyable. I wish I had picked up more names (I'm horrible with names - I apologize to all those I don't name)). The front desk upgraded me - an upgrade I had to turn down (I ordered an accessible room with a roll-in shower - the available suite did not have such a shower.). That desk, manned 24 hours a day, were helpful in the dead of night either to answer a question, or so one could buy snacks, microwave meals, or drinks from in hotel bodega. The valet staff (JJ, CJ, Dom, Lauren are the only names I caught), who I got to know well, between the kindness they did for my brother when we needed to use my manual chair and his car (Orlando is not nice for Van Handicapped parking) - or leaving parking space next o my van so I could get in - or letting me park close where the ground is flatter even if it technically was valet only. My dinner guest with a handicapped plate was treated equally well. So the staff has been trained to be helpful to those who need accessibly assistance. Similar assistance occurred for breakfast buffet, which can be cumbersome with wheelchair. I ate dinner and breakfast most days at hotel - they do not yet serve lunch - the food is very good - the soups of the day were all great with great bread. I ordered their French Dip sliders a lot - but I had more than one great steak, too. Christmas is a time of backup staff, and Gabby in the restaurant was very helpful, polite, and effective. She did not hover, but did not leave us alone too much either. Since I had a microwave and fridge in my room, taking the extra back for later, worked well (or taking desert back for later, worked too). The room had plenty of space to maneuver with power or a manual wheelchair. There is lots of storage space for clothing and stuff - also quite accessible. The sink could have been a little lower, but for me, it was not bad. There are lots of bars around the toilet and in the shower. The shower wand did not reach the seat - which is, I think, why they were updating the accessible rooms (I asked for a non-updated one to get the seat, since I did not bring my own). The Giant TV makes it easy to cast Netflix from my phone. The bed was very comfortable. I did not need my inflatable bed wedge, and the pillows were sufficient and in good number. I liked the bathroom products. The hotel is not well situated if you want to walk to nearby restaurants. Garland/Hugley and Colonial are massive streets. I don't even recall seeing crossing walks for them, but the streets are scary enough for cars. And not much was found in the other direction. Google Maps had me take an impossible left turn at that intersection if you are coming from the 408 - so around the block, or up one more exit, and back may be necessary.

I stay at this hotel regular for business. The staff here is amazing I have spent many weeks here and they make you feel like family. Tina at the front desk makes me feel welcome every time I come to check in. Maria and the restaurant is an amazing worker it really makes you feel at home when you eat there. Leaford Works outside in Valley parking. He makes me feel so welcome every Monday when I show up and he gives me my parking pass. They make me feel very secure with my vehicle here and I feel he goes over and above everyday. Goes out of his way to speak to me.

“In town for the bowl game.”

The valet and parking staff were fantastic! Thank you JJ and TG! We were in town for the bowl game, and they made it very easy for us to get to the game, and get home from the game. They were very friendly and extremely fast as well! We will return if ever in Orlando again.

“Great Customer Service”

Great hotel. Convenient shuttles to the game. Saw the Knicks beat up on Orlando. The Valley staff was great. Took care of my vehicle and were extremely nice. Shout out to JJ and CJ. I forget which one was from Tennessee, but her. Good job and thank you.
