“Great hotel”
Great hotel Very cheap and perfect for what we needed. Hotel was always clean. The pool was lovely and warm. This is my second time staying here and I would stay again. Good central location Lots of parking Bathroom has a small bath with shower which was handy having a toddler

“Nice and quiet at all times!”
The room was very clean and quiet and we were near an elevator. The area is kept very nice and walking distance to ICON Park. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this location as you are in walking distance to restaurants and 20 minutes from the airport!

“Older but well maintained”

We've stayed here a few times before Covid, but this is our first time back here since then. Still good, as always. There are very few Marriott-owned, Marriott-managed properties left in the chain. This is one of them, and it shows. It's an older property, but extremely well maintained. Only the furnishings give away that this isn't a brand new property, but even they are in good shape and not worn. AC was brand new, quiet, and powerful. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Great sleep. Staff are all uniformed, even the front desk, and are very professional, and always available at the front desk, UNLIKE the other Courtyard we stayed at in Lake Mary. Night-and-day difference between the two. It's one block off International Drive, which is fantastic. It's quiet yet you can still walk to all of the energy and chaos of International Drive with all of its attractions and restaurants. FREE PARKING and NO HIDDEN FEES. Yes, this hotel STILL has free parking and no "destination" or "resort" fees like you'll see slapped on even the scuzziest Orlando hotels.
