“Great place to relax by the Lake.”
The unit was clean and well stocked. Most of the stuff in our unit was new or appeared new. Lovely screened in patio as well as open area picnic table right at the patio door. “perfect for my golf trip”
March / April of 2024 we spent a week at this resort. Our annual golf trip was a great success. 4 guys at Spanish bay turned out to be a perfect location. Neat and clean! “Fun Week”
Early December visit was good weather. The resort is quiet and has an excellent location not just for Orlando destinations but also easy access to the highways out of town to the coasts. Almost an islolated feeling with no noisy or busy development right next door.

“Slight Pirate Theme”
Perfect for our needs, older property. but it has quality upgrades. I liked the very subtle "pirate theme" that has been maintained from its earlier history. For me, it was not really tacky, just a salute to the resort's history.

This property is not up to Hilton Grand Vacation resort standards. It was functional and comfortable for our short stay but I wouldn't return. It needs more TLC. FYI there is no gym!
