“Felt at home and staying with a friend.”
We had a wonderful time and wanted to give a shout out to the front desk worker named Ivo. After a long day of travel he welcomed us and made sure we were well taken care of. He got us a beautiful room on the eight floor. We could see Universal Studios and SeaWorld from our room.

“Another awesome trip to Orlando”
Went to Orlando for Universal Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights opening weekend. The staff at this hotel are always amazing, especially Luciana at the front desk. “A very good experience”
A very good hotel with nice staff. We were greeted by the lovely Lucinda when we checked in. The room was nice and clean😊 Minus one star because it was poor noise isolation between our room and the room nextdoor, and because the airconditioner was very loud.

“Good enough can find better places next door at the same price however Evelyn at the reception makes up for downsides :)”
A basic hotel doesn’t expect much… a bit rundown no smart tv’s … pretty standard . You can get a better deal and much nicer modern rooms at the hotel literally next door but honestly the highlight of this hotel is people like Evelyn at the reception :) .
