“Everything that a Hotel Should Be”
After leaving another hotel because the air conditioner did not work, we luckily booked the Holiday Inn Express Tyler South. The hotel is clean, inviting, and easily accessible via Loop 323. “Hard to review”
At the time that I booked the room on the IHG website I was offered a 2 room suite upgrade for $10. I thought that was reasonable so I took it. That was a mistake! “Nice staff. Very outdated and in need of upgrades.”
Front desk staff are very friendly. Room was clean. This place is dated and worn out. Bathroom was in need of new everything. Lots of moisture damaged. Holiday inn express’s are going downhill all over the USA.
