“Great service by Mason!”
Great greeting and reception by Mason! He was very kind, quick, and informative! I am here for a conference and he ensured that I knew exactly how to get there from this location. He’s 10/10! Room is fantastic and very clean. Located right downtown for ease.

“Best experience at Marriott Property”
The M club was hosted by Nina, the service was exceptional she went above and beyond to take care of my family. Also Earl at the front desk did a great job taking care of us and drove us to dinner and picked us up. Could not have asked for a better experience!!

“Great service”
Nina in M lounge was phenomenal. She was quick to clean up and quick to serve. Always helpful and always aware of our needs. There were many conferences and groups coming in for service at the same time and she was able to keep up with demand, clean surfaces and still be very pleasant and helpful

“Customer service”
I frequently stay at this Marriott location. It is by far my favorite in Knoxville. All the staff are very friendly. If you don’t want to get out, there are two good options for food and drinks. They even have a shuttle service, Simon and John are great!

“Conference and good time”
They have transportation, and Simon was absolutely charming!! Thank you all for a great conference!! The lobby is gorgeous and the area around is really nice. Downtown is a brief walk away and the river walk passes through the UT campus. Food at the hotel is expensive but they have Billiards
