“Clean, comfortable, and priced right.”
Rooms were clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Prices were very reasonable too. Staff was courteous and professional. The stay was perfect. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Knoxville and will check out MainStay Suites in other locations when we are making future travel plans.

“Clean and comfy”
Room was clean and the bed was comfy. I was only in town for a game so just slept and left. Needs updating in the bathroom and tub needs to be refinished or replaced.. Breakfast looked good but didn’t eat anything just got coffee. ……………………………….

“Great value for the low price!”
The room is not fancy, but it was clean and spacious. Very nice to have a kitchenette in the room! The location was perfect for me to get to my event downtown. The bathroom was a bit stuffy; I am glad I brought along my portable Venti fan! The front desk personnel were excellent!!
