“Helped me find my cat”
The hotel was festive and decorated nicely. It is pet friendly. I couldn’t find my cat after coming back from dinner and I freaked out and told the front desk and someone came and helped me find her. I feel stupid now but I will always remember her kindness and will probably always stay here when I… more

“Great place to stay”
Nancy was the greatest we started work at 430 am and she had carry bags for us ..she was amazing and very friendly..the only thing I had problems with was the shower took along time to warm up. Nice place to stay and near downtown and many stores and restaurants

“Best place I've stayed in a while”
The breakfast buffet was amazing! Everything fresh and waffles were so nice n fluffy. Dallas and Sydney were on point with service! This location has many amenities and convient location to many things in west knoxville. You will not be disappointed in your stay or breakfast.

“Breakfast”
Breakfast was excellent! Chef Sydney came out and talked to us about the food, which was wonderful! Customer service from Dallas was excellent! We will definitely be returning. Cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding! We highly recommend this hotel.

“Would stay again!”
The room was clean and spacious (King suite with sofa bed). Each Staff member I interacted with was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options! The location was convenient and easy to find. I would stay at this hotel again if I was visiting Knoxville.
